What we help with

Three kinds of recovery, one unhurried approach.

Every plan starts with listening. We explain what we find in plain words, then agree the next small step with you.

Plans built around your goal

Sports rehab

A plan built around your race, season or Saturday league.

What we treat

  • Ankle, knee and hamstring injuries
  • Running and overuse problems
  • Shoulder and tendon pain
  • Safe return-to-sport testing
Supervised, step by step

Post-surgery recovery

Steady, supervised steps from the day your surgeon says go.

What we treat

  • Knee and hip replacements
  • Ligament reconstruction
  • Shoulder and spinal surgery
  • Walking, strength and stairs
Time to be understood

Chronic pain

Time to explain what is going on, and a calm way to start moving again.

What we treat

  • Long-standing back and neck pain
  • Arthritis and joint stiffness
  • Persistent shoulder and hip pain
  • Pacing, breathing and gentle strength

Recovery horizon

Recovery rises slowly, then all at once.

Pick the part of you that hurts and see what the first twelve weeks often look like.

Where does it hurt?
Week 1

Tap a body area, then step through weeks 1, 6 and 12 to watch the sun rise.

Every recovery is different. This shows a typical pattern, not a promise.

How we measure

Progress you can see, written down.

°

Range of movement

We measure how far a joint moves, in degrees, at your first visit and again every few weeks. You see the numbers.

0–10

Pain score

You rate your pain on a simple scale at each visit. We look at the trend, not a single bad day.

3

Return-to-activity goals

In week one we agree three things you want to do again. Each is tested, in steps, before we call it done.

Your first visit

Your first 60 minutes.

  1. 1

    Listen

    0–15 min

You tell your story at your own pace. We do not interrupt.

  2. 2

    Assess

    15–30 min

We watch how you move and test strength and range, gently.

  3. 3

    Explain

    30–40 min

We tell you what we think is going on, in words that make sense.

  4. 4

    Treat

    40–55 min

Hands-on treatment and a first exercise to try, if it suits you.

  5. 5

    Plan

    55–60 min

We agree the next step, how often to come and what to do at home.

No GP referral needed.
